FRIED HONEY CINNAMON BANANAS
November 28, 2014
Hello again,
I hope you're having an awesome start to your weekend!
Here is a great recipe I came across that I'd love to share with you. It's really easy to make, yummy and a healthy snack.
>>><<<
This is how you make it:
1. First, get your ingredients together. There aren't really any measurements; just freestyle it.
- coconut oil
- honey
- cinnamon
- bananas
2. Next, slice your bananas.
3. Lastly, put your bananas into a mixture of warmed up coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon. Stir it all together and put them into the frying pan. Keep the heat at about medium. When the bananas turn golden they are ready to eat! Just make sure you let them cool first.
Enjoy everyone! Have an abundant weekend!

HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE
February 20, 2014
>>><<<
One avocado
Half a lime or lemon
Pinch of salt
This is a very basic guacamole recipe that I have used myself. It tastes great with nachos or on a bacon, guacamole, grilled cheese sandwich. Avocadoes are a fantastic super food rich in protein. They contain many vitamins and minerals, which makes them good for softening and nourishing your skin. Overall guacamole is a tasty snack that will help you lead a more abundant life.
>>>Did you know<<<
One avocado contains more potassium than a banana.
Let me know if you have any other great guacamole recipes of your own. I would love to hear what you have to say.
